The Advanced Microsoft Copilot class focuses on helping users move beyond basic prompting and use Copilot more effectively in everyday work. The course emphasizes practical use across Microsoft 365, including using Copilot in Word to draft, rewrite, summarize, and refine documents; Excel to analyze data, identify trends, create formulas, and generate insights; and PowerPoint to build, revise, and summarize presentations. It also introduces Copilot Agents and how they can be used to support specialized tasks and repeatable business workflows.
Key takeaways include learning how to structure prompts for better results, choosing the right Copilot tool for a given task, and integrating AI into workflows involving writing, analysis, presentations, research, planning, and problem-solving. By the end, users should feel more confident using Copilot as a practical productivity tool to save time, improve the quality of their work, and get more value from the Microsoft tools they already use.
