What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (contact, AI audit, newsletter, or training sign-ups) we store the answers you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and business name, along with the page you submitted from.

We also collect anonymous, first-party analytics: which pages are viewed, how long they are open, and which links are clicked. A random identifier is stored in a cookie so we can count unique visitors. It does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to you, to schedule your audit or training, and, if you opted in, to send you AI tips and news from Campbell AI. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

Analytics help us understand which content is useful so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Emails are delivered through SendGrid, newsletter emails are sent through Mailchimp (which also receives the contact details from form submissions when you join our mailing list), files are hosted on DigitalOcean, and, when enabled, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta may receive anonymous usage data. Each of those providers processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them. Analytics events are kept for a limited period and then automatically deleted.
